We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email), using our service (customer messages you paste for reply generation), and connecting third-party services such as Shopify (store domain, store name, policies).
We use your information to provide and improve the ReplyFlow service, generate AI-powered customer support replies, process payments, and communicate with you about your account.
When you connect your Shopify store, we access your store name, email, description, and return policy solely to improve reply quality. We do not access customer data, orders, or financial information. You can disconnect your store at any time from the dashboard.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL). Customer messages you paste are used only to generate replies and are not stored permanently. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We use Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payment processing, Anthropic for AI reply generation, and Supabase for data storage. Each service has its own privacy policy.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@replyflowai.online. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
