You are responsible for all content generated and sent using ReplyFlow. You agree not to use the service for illegal purposes, to send spam, or to violate any third-party rights.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
ReplyFlow is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue or customer disputes resulting from AI-generated replies.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the dashboard.
